  It's hard to find Mexican food I like outside of Texas, but we were driving through Colorado an decided to try it. All 4 people in our party loved it! The steak in the fajitas was great!

  Ordered fish taco plate. Refried beans and rice lacked flavor, rather dull. Fish was fried, seemed from frozen, but fresh filling.
  
  Overall the menu was pretty complete. Originally tried to order the tamales but they were out or simply didn't make them that day.

  Haven't been here in awhile, but came in today for lunch. Everybody liked their food, but the inside of the shop is very very dirty. And the rice and beans weren't that good. So for these reasons I'm lowering it to four stars.

  Ask for a receipt!
  
  I was in Monument for a meeting and ran across Rodolfo's.  I ordered a breakfast burrito and a horchata. I handed the cashier my card and was told I didn't need to sign. When I looked at my bank statement online, I was charged $11.50! That is either an expensive burrito or I was overcharged. A horchata is usually around $2.50, so that makes my burrito $9.00!!! I doubt it.
  
  I should have asked for a receipt. Either way, I won't be back, whether overcharged or it really was a $9.00 burrito.
  
  Oh, the burrito was a 6.5 on a scale of 10.

  Greasy pile of mush. Everything was microwaved. What dont sale gets freezes and reheated. The guy counted our money with his gloves still on. Should have pulled out then. $30 on what... idk how this place can afford to stay open.
